But my iphone4 just is unusable right now.

Safari crashes at least once every 5 minutes. Have to clear cache history to make it work again or soft reboots. Just returns to home screen


After having no reception issues. And my phones in a case for the first few days. No it dross to no service without warning and from full bars. Even when I am nit holding it -- incidentally don't have the signal dropping while holding issue

Texts don't send just hang there

Multitasking nit working to put me right back in app. Have to start again.

I am gutted because I love it. The screen is amazing. The speed amazing the cameras much better than I thought.


And despite backing up my old iphone data I cannot get it on my new phone no matter how hard I try.

I so hope the software update sorts all of this out. Else I am back on bay buying a 3GS with the older software.

Restore. iOS 4 works just fine on my i4.

Why wouldn't you just exchange it, with that many issue? You obviously just need a new one.

Oh come on... you are not new to the forum... you must know what to do... as suggested refresh the unit then take it back if it still does not work.😱
