guys plz help

im new to this forum
iv got an ipad new 32gig
im in iran so i cant use facebook via net
i used vpn then i connected to fb and checked it as usual
then the ipad stopped working
i turned it off and on again
and im facing this

and i have iprotect and my password isnt numbers
i can do nothing
all of my account passwords
bank
empolys accounts and salari
every thing is in there!!!
plz help me

So what exactly has happened?

i cant access anything
my safari icon is gone
my mail icon is gone
its not the usual ipad
see the gaps between the icons?
and the iprotect doesnt let me get to my note taker or notes
the lock screen is like iphone ---- the keyboard is small like iphone or ipod touch
