Fitnotes on Android is amazing. It is 100% free... no ads, no features locked behind payment and no in-app purchases of any kind. You open it up and it goes to the current day. You either copy a workout from a previous day, or from one of your pre-mades. In your pre-made workouts there are basically folders, with individual days. You choose the exercises, sets, reps, supersets etc. Once you copy it into a day you can change/add exercises and it only affects that day, so you can on a later day copy the changes forward. You can also add notes to individual sets that are copied forward if copying from a previous day.

Some pictures below to get an idea of what it looks like. I want an iOS app that doesn't necessarily have to be free, but not something disgusting like $7.50 a month or $280 lifetime like the Strong app.

I'm not really into those apps but I read a nice post which a list of iOS (and Android app) on Lifewire from May '17 which also includes your favorite Fitnotes app which is only on Android. Also on Reddit there was a post about it.

Some iOS options might be:

* Stacked - website - free, with trial period, 4.99 dollar lifetime use (pay once)

* HeavySet - website - free, with trial period, 4.99 dollar lifetime use (pay once)
