i'm a larger type individual so i didnt enjoy the running aspect of it but i love to play games like capture the flag. i use to be really good at it and i could just pop in grab the flag and run and no one would suspect me of anything ;). but really the best part of pe was the shorts that barely covered the girls asses and the shirts they wore that were ripped all the way down except for one little spot which meant they were just basically running around in sports bras. also we had a really really hot pe teacher so most of the time when she talked everyone would just stare at her chest. the worst part was the open shower area where there was just a pole and shower heads on it in about 6 places and the fact that the boys bathroom at least had no doors on the stalls and no divider between the urinals or between the urinals and the sink ewwww.

My gym class always sucks and I get stuck with the most unathletic people ever.

We also always have assistant college intern gym teachers. Historically they always appeared homosexual (whether male or female) therefore causing much joking around.

This year we have 2 extremely hot intern gym teachers that are SO F***ing HOT! It makes it worth my while.

Both. We have mandatory "Fitness Days" where we absolutely must run 60+ laps of the pacer, or run the gym for 30 minutes.

But.. all that hype was made up in the gym teachers. Most of the women teachers are fresh-out-of-college women/trophy wives. Ahh. :D.

well im a freshman.. and i have p.e everyday... so its okay we run the mile every wednesday,... (ive dropped my time from 9 mins to 6'50)
since im only a freshman.. we all have to take regular p.e.. its a stress reliever ( i have it last) ive had it first too and i prefer last a lot more

we just do games.. (our teacher likes weird ones like team handball and frisbee but hey its an easy class with my friends so ya)

and next year im taking weight lifting.. (called advanced p.e. at our school) because its a requirement for football player.. (JV-varsity) but its weird that the freshman players take regular p.e.

but overall i like p.e. :D

So, we had three consecutive fitness days last week. My teacher was gone for her daughter's graduation on Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, the temp didn't show up, but someone directed us to the weightlifting room after sitting around for 10 minutes. I'm not sure if the temp ever showed up, but there was my geography teacher in there during his off-period doing his workout. There were only two of the sixteen kids in our class who actually enjoyed the period, both of whom were on the football team. The rest of us, who are approximately 5'5" and 100-130 lbs just sat there and made awkward conversation with each other while the girls sat down and did homework. I left twenty minutes early, no ramifications.

On Friday, nobody came at all to get us, and after twenty minutes, I left to buy some iced tea and M&M's. Again, no ramifications.

She has jury duty tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happened again.

i hate gym.

we weight lift, and when i do my squats i cant stay parallel (about an inch forward) then a girl comes next to me and does a 35 pound bar, fall down to her knees, gets up, and the gym teacher says its ok.

he thinks all guy are extreme bodybuilders and girls are delicate little flowers (laughed as i typed delicate flowers ;))

also, we are doing PPF testing and kids are so cruel! :(
anyways, 3 more gym classes and im on summer break!
(and completed my high school graduation requirement)

I quite enjoyed gym when in high school. And i take as many gym classes as possible while i am here in college.

I generally go for the swimming, and jogging type classes as i am not a very big guy. The only other thing you can do is just head done to the gym on campus a couple times a week and work out by yourself. Since I am not in a gym class this quarter A friend and I go and play racquetball a couple times a week. Gives us a good excuse to hang out and keep in shape.

I wouldn't consider myself an "old folk," but high school is many years behind me, thank goodness! A time to copy everyone else, a time to be anything but yourself, a time to... anyway ...

I'm directly in the middle. It wasn't a blast, but it wasn't a bust for me. I was the kind of guy (still am) that didn't know how many points a touch down was (in American Football). I still am not quite sure. I don't know the rules to stealing bases in baseball. I don't know what constitutes a foul or double dribble in basketball.

And yet, gym class was an interesting time. I tried my best, and although my teacher called me a "turkey who can't play," he respected me for trying. At least, that what he told my mom who came to parent-teacher conferences. He knew I wasn't a sports kind of boy, yet I tried hard, and aced it.
