Hello, I am wondering if there is a good website that shows you with videos or just with text how to do certain lifts at the drill because one of the more experienced track athletes gave me a list of certain exercises to do and i don't know many of them.

Anyone with any good websites or podcasts thanks,
ChrisN

What are the exercises? Lifting? Running workouts?

What is the goal? Sprint, Distance, Jumping, Field events?

It's all weight room lifting,
Ex.Hex bar deadlift?
Dips?
skull crushers(DB of BB)

just a few examples
Thanks,
ChrisN

that abc of fitness helped but yeah it was a bit basic but it did help me with flies but the list I have has soo many complex lifts.

www.bodybuilding.com/fun/index.html and click on exercises and browse around/search/whatever.

Videos showing the lifts, photos showing the lifts, descriptions, diagrams, muscles used and anatomy explanations, workout programs, workout articles, motivation, etc.. pretty much the best website ever.
