gyroscope in MBP 2011?

you can not gain a gyroscope via an app as it is a piece of internal hardware.

There is no gyroscope in the 2011 MBP. Only a SMS, which is a slightly less accurate accelerometer.

K i saw a guy on you tube flying by tilting his mac

He was using the SMS. There are a few applications that can directly access it and use the information it provides. A good example of one is LiquidMac.
