That was a really weird situation. The kind of incident that is funny later on. I wonder if she had any clothes in the basket? :eek:

I really, really hope he was just staggeringly drunk. I personally wouldn't sue over that, but would definitely attempt to see that he was persecuted (edit: AND prosecuted, darn it!) :) to the full extent of the law. And maybe had to do that load of laundry for me.

My guess is something like this won't even get to court....probably be a nice settlement in it for the woman.

Um, and because he CRAPPED IN HER HOME. I think breaking into someone's place of residence to shoot turds all over their closet, leaving it for them to discover and clean up all by themselves, might be a little different than a "How was I supposed to know the coffee was hot?" lawsuit.

At the time he was going to U Miami. Barry is about 20minutes from there.
I remember hearing about that on campus after it happened. They weren't sure who did it but now they do. Guess I can say I go to the school that a UM football player took a crap in a closet.
 
has anyone given it a thought that maybe he is one of those sickos that have a thing for "poo" ?

Or maybe he is schizo and a lil voice told him to do it.
 
sort of ironic... a few days ago at my school, someone left their gym locker open.. the next day, when he came back, it had also been "defecated" in.. they even left it in there over the weekend so it would be more crusty on Monday... easier to pick up and take out... :eek:

A friend of a friend once got crapped on. He met this girl, got drunk, and was having sex with her when he threw up on her and passed out on the floor. The next morning, he wakes up and finds himself lying on his back with an s-bomb on his chest.

My friend's childhood friends "weren't very bright", to say the least. ;)
