At least he made a "touchdown."

If he would have taken a leak there too, it might have been a "field goal."

So they are gross, but I want the "Crappiest Pun of the Week" award.

Do I get it?

I agree this incident, as it turned out, is VERY FUNNY to read about but I feel those who don't think it was a big deal (and ask "why sue", etc.) are glossing over the fact that he broke into someone's room. Regardless of the humorous outcome (no pun intended) in this particular case, that is a serious matter. To look at it another way, had he broken in somewhere else, such as the home of a gun owner, he could very well be dead now. I'm just as disgusted as anyone with the excessive litigation in this country, but I have seen people sue for far less "psychological trauma" than what this young woman might have experienced when she awoke to find a strange man in her room.

I partly agree with you, but rarely does breaking and entering warrant a lawsuit, nor does someone crapping in your closet psychologically traumatizing. It may be infuriating, but unless you're a robot who plans to live life without any sort of feelings, good or bad, then this is just another one of those moments. Not everything that infuriates you should warrant a lawsuit. This was a sick act, but not quite worthy of one. He's getting sued because he's rich.

Yes, others have sued for less, but it doesn't mean anyone should get sued in this case, either.

It's so stupid, why sue for stuff like this, why not just watch in awe, and have a story to tell later. People really need to learn to take things and stop tying to get even for everything. If somebody screws up and makes a mistake, why is it that they have to pay everybody back for something that they already regret?
