I have a Mac Pro 7,1 and i scored a magic keyboard with touchID and yes, i know, it is not compatible with it (touchID it is).

But maybe there is a hack for it to make it work? I guess not, because it need the M* chip for it, but maybe there is a small possibility that biometrics uses the T2 chip, i don't know lol.

Not as far as I know. No hack I've heard of. I think you may be stuck.

There is no way to use the Touch ID part on an Intel Mac, unfortunately. If there were some hack to make this work, I'd have serious concerns about the security of the whole Touch ID system as a result.

I think this should be possible. The Mac Pro 7,1 has a spacious enclosure, you should easily be able to fit a few Mac minis inside, perhaps even Mac Studios.
;)

Mmmm, my recollection is that it *does* work with Intel MacBook Pros that have Touch ID, despite what Apple might say.
