Saddly, it always seems that a company has to be on the brink of death before it gets to court.
i dont think microsoft is putting nintendo or sony out of business. they all are great systems, and i buy them according to what games they ahve. i got a ps2 because it was the best thing out at the time, i got a xbox for splinter cell, i don plan on getting a gamecube because there is nothing on it i would play, but i have heard many wonderful things about it. but i expect microsoft to have some nice things in store for xbox 2, if thats what they are gonna call it.
