iPhone Hacktivate iOS 7 iPhone 4

There's many apps I want to use who require iOS 6 at least. Does anyone knows if it's possible to update my iOS version and hacktivate it? If so, what software? Redsn0w?

Nope, I dont think evasion hactivates.
You will need to get a sim from the carrier that the phone is locked to in order to get passed the activation screen and then JB.

A friend of mine (who's busy right now and can't help me) was able to bypass the activation deleting the a setup file in root folder.

The only problem I have is an annoying message for EVERY app that uses PUSH. " Connect to iTunes to Use Push Notifications". Quite annoying but I'm able to use iOS 7 in my old locked iPhone 4.
