Hi guys I finally add 1GB memory to my Mac Mini yestarday, what a difference I have to say comparing to 250MB. Stuff now flying, I'm trying to catch up :D
The install was very very easy and not a single scratch anywhere :p
I bought memory from 1800memory.com for $165 just to be sure it will work on mini.

Thank You all for suggestions.

p.s. also add my old notebook HD 40GB that was laying around for some time.
My new specs are:
Mac Mini 1GB + 80GB HD

How do you have an 80GB mini with a 40GB drive? Is the 40GB external?

Nice to know the RAM worked and wasn't too hard to install, though!

Sorry I wasn't clear, I added it as external usb drive, friend of mine gave me 2.5" enclosure for it.
I had to say 40GB Internal + 40GB External = 80GB total capacity.
