I got screen replaced 2 weeks ago.
I've noticed recently that under direct sunlight there are tons of hairline scratches on the display.

Scratches are only visible under direct sunlight, you need to get the correct angle and they are all over the screen.

I took it to Apple authorized repair shop, they couldn't see it under office light, and thus didn't confirm the problem.

Is this normal?

I would say not. Try to take photo in sunlight to demonstrate to Apple support directly.. even if they're not visible in normal use, a just replaced screen should not be full of microscratches I'm sure.

It is very hard to photograph that glossy screen :)

Use the flashlight on your phone, should reveal the scratches as well as sunlight does.
Yeah, I can see with flashlight but cannot photograph it.

Tech at repair shop didn't want to use flashlight, he wanted to see it under "normal light" - pushing, its "within factory tolerance levels" line.
