half moon in Log and Transfer in FCP

When importing footage today some of my clips have a half moon instead of a full blue circle. What does this mean? I never got his before. It did seem to take longer for my clips to import then usual.

What kind of clips were you importing from what device?

AVCHD recorded from my Sony NX5U.. the media was stored/recorded onto the FMU128 flash recorder.

half moon - half way

Half moon means that you only impoted some of the clip. It happens if you make an in- or out point in the prewiev window during log and transfer.

I never set in/out points 😕
