How do you play 3rd party single player maps with Halo Custom Edition?

    Been searching for days.

    Thanks

Just create a new LAN server so only you can join, and if there are other people who have Halo CE in your house, just put a password on it so no one else can join.

I think I was completely wrong on what you were trying to do. I was thinking of normal multi-player maps that are meant more for one person, but what you are trying to do is play ported campaign maps. If this is correct then what you need to to is follow the instructions on this page: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?nid=386 That has instructions on how to play single player campaign maps in Halo Custom Edition. Hope that helps.

I don't know why i thought CE meant Custom Edition, but it's COMBAT EVOLVED FOR MACINTOSH

What's the difference and can i still use the third party maps?
    Sorry for the confusion

AHHHHHHH!!! No, you can't play custom maps. You can apply mods to the maps but that involves editing the map file itself, wich could corrupt the map. So, only Halo: Custom Edition wich is only available for the PC can play custom maps.
