Does anyone know when exactly the HAMP guide will launch? I just read an article that it is suppose to come out soon but when? People in my locality including me are frantically waiting for it

Are you referring to the debt relief solution? If so then it (the company) is already out and doing business. It does look a little scam-ish so beware if you are looking into it. (just google HAMP Guide)
