Hand washing not working

I’ve now reported it twice. Both reports say no other similar reports. Arseholes! Absolutely mental this is. It doesn’t work on any device running iOS 15 and they still haven’t fixed it.

Noticed today mine hasn't been working. Yesterday and in the weekend it was fine. Any idea? Location services are on Allow While Using, so no problem there. And I have all settings for Hand Washing Timer on. ???

Where do I find the Reminders? I only have a Mindful Reminders.

Go to screen time,content & privacy restrictions, off the location service for all.

wait a couple sec, on back the location service.

go to privacy,location services, handwasing shld appear, change to always allow

I just tried all this, and all options are still gray out

Ok, I just went through some steps mentioned here :
