handbrake avi conversion

i heard avi conversion with xvid codec is not that good with handbrake is that true or is the quality fine
 
The AVI muxer in HB sucks. Xvid is just the standard library, however HB doesn't allow advanced options to be configured, so it's limited and poor quality.

It's primarily an x264 encoder.
