Handbrake - Chapter Selections

I was given a ton of tv shows on dvd for Christmas and I was trying to make everything MP4 since I like having my HD hooked up to my tv. For some reason when I stick in Disc 1 of Season 1 (any of that matter this is an example) and say the disc has 8 episodes on it; it only makes an mp4 for the first episode and not the rest. How can I select which episodes to make to make sure I get them all?

At the top part of the screen is a drop down called title, this will show a list of all the episodes on the disc

select the first, should default to this
give it a name and click add to queue
repeat above for 2nd, 3rd etc to add all the episodes into the queue

click start and let it go
