Handbrake not encoding using FFMPEG, h.264 is fine

    The latest version of handbrake (0.9.3) wont encode anything using FFMPEG, the status bar sits at around 0.5%. If I downgrade to 0.9.2 it's fine, if I use h.264 in 0.9.3 it's fine. It's not a huge problem as picture quality seems to be better with h.264 anyway, but I"m curious as to why this is not working. I have the latest VLC installed which I know is required.

    I had a look at that, and people were reporting similar problems, but no answers were forthcoming.
    It's a little lazy of me I guess, I"m regstered here, I like it here, I'll check back here, but it's not like this isn't a mac software discussion forum...
