I've read through the forums and this issue has not come up so I am thinking I am just going through the process incorrectly. When I queue up my encodes Handbrake will convert the first file but then all the rest will be converted into unusable TextEdit files. I am selecting each source file and then renaming that source file to the location/file name I want prior to adding to the queue so I don't believe I should have an issue with mixed up source files. Plus when I view the queue it is showing all the correct information under each queued file. If anyone has some insight on this it would be much appreciated.

Problem Solved?

Alright, in case anyone actually reads this I think I may have found out the issue. When I rename the file do I need to make sure the file extension (.m4v) isn't deleted? I guess I was assuming it would reconfigure what file extension it should be based on my pre-selection of Apple TV but it looks like it doesn't. I'll try it out but if anyone could confirm this it would help.
