handbrake + subtitles

is there away to be able to disable the subtitles once they are inbeded into the video?


also im having trouble copying the subtitles from the dvd. in the options of handbrake i choose what subtitle i want and i let it copy the video then when i play it, it doesnt show the subtitles.

is there anything im doing wrong?

From what I have read, they cannot be removed.
