Been using handbrake for the last few weeks now, rather than MPEG Streamclip as the program will no longer constrain to a set mbps setting throughout the conversion.
I have been converting my Family Guy collection. I've been using a high setting so that the final files are around 1.4gb. (I just dont want any jaggies). Now, at volume 12 discs, the first file I do is perfect; but the second episode I've just completed shows it converted usong 3.75mbps vs. the 8mbps I set up as preset in HB.
Any ideas what might be going on?
