Handoff all features working except incoming phone?

Hope someone can help. Most features in handoff is working fine. The only feature that is not working is the incoming calls showing on the mac. I can even make calls from FaceTime on mac.

I tried turning on and off the cellular calls in both mac and iPhone for FaceTime.

Signing in and out of bluetooth and iCloud.

Not sure what else i can do?
