Handoff from iPhone to Mac for phone call?

Answering my normal phone calls on my late 2012 iMac works well. Transferring the phone call from my iMac to my iPhone 6 Plus works well.
How can I go the other way? Can I transfer the call from my iPhone to my iMac?
