Handoff Issue

But my handoff between my MBA (el capitan) and iPhone 6 (iOS 9)is non existent

Anyone else have this issue, and or a fix?

i've been having the same problem the entire DP. it works fine between my iPad mini and iPhone 6+ (between iOS) but no luck between El capitan and iOS..

apple watch to iPhone seems perfectly fine, something to do with el capitan
