lol, i'll get the chinese knockoff.
Dont even need to.

I picked up a charger from Belkin, Wireless charging (albeit slower) for both the Watch and iPhone, with a Lightning connector in front if needed, and a USB port for USB-C based chargers on the back. Cost $129 CAD (so under 100 USD)

I find that a lot of these bigger brands, especially with Apple focused products, over-do it and then taag on apple tax like prices for themselves. Assuming just because they're making an Apple Accessory, somehow it deserves a premium price point. (hint, iPhone charging is no different than any other phone and most of these Qi chargers are completely interchangable. "made for iPhone" is silly marketing to prop up those prices)

I suppose there is a tandem cable between the two modules somewhere?
The StudioCaddy has to parts, the Qi charger for iPhone/smartphones and AirPods that also has a USB-C and USB-A port. The second part is the iPad and MacBook holder that doesn't have any charging ports on it.

The two parts of the StudioCaddy connect via magnets when close together.

Kensington must be kidding us. So it has a module that gets all the power, when the second module practically is a glorified iPad holder.

look at this below. I suppose we have to assume that there is a 2m invisible cable charging the iPad in the left side of the image.

Good job Kensington misleading your customers.
