I thought I had read somewhere that the handwash monitoring feature would be available on Series 3 and up, but I don't have the option to enable it after upgrading to OS 7. Am I missing something, or has anyone else experienced this? The option just simply doesn't exist in my settings app.

The setting is in the Watch app. Pull down and type “handwashing” and you should see it
Same here with my S4. It’s not listed on the watch but the watch app in the iPhone. I suspect they figure you’re going to do most of the configuration with the phone because it’s easier

Appreciate the replies. I get two results when I search in the watch app, but nothing happens when I try to select them. I just read a post in another thread that suggests it only works on series 4 and up, which is consistent with what I’m seeing. It’s just strange that it would come up in the search if it’s not a feature that works on my model.

I couldn't see it on the watch first time on my s4. But after having it enabled through the watch app and wanted to disable it, it was in settings on the watch and still is. Don't know if I wasn't looking hard enough the first time.
