Google Hangout has been updated to include voice calls to phone #'s, using our Google Voice #. I'm curious to see how well it works. It'll be great with the limited minute voice plans.

I've tried it to make a call. It works.
I signed in with three Google accounts. Two aren't associated with any land or cell phone. I haven't been able (or been able to figure out how) to receive a call on the app. Tried the obvious settings but I get no notification that a call is being received.
