What are you eating for dinner? :)
At family’s house, turkey cooking along with assorted goodies. The cook is a professional cook, so I have high expectations. Usually when at home, we frequently eat game hens.

Yayyyy happy thanksgiving. Great day to relax, eat, and enjoy the simple things in life we often times take for granted!

Although we don't celebrate it here I've enjoyed having an uninterrupted afternoon full of productive work without my usual tsunami of e-mails, instant messages and phone calls from the US West Coast. You guys should do this every week. I'd get SO much more done :D

Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving Yanks. Hope you all have a wonderful time.

I had a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Turkey, corn, potatoes etc etc.

I did the cooking this year, and we had family over. First time in a few years that we had family over (we gotten in the habit of visiting and not hosting).

The good thing about hosting is you get left overs and can just crash on the couch - no need to drive home :)

My (former) step daughter flew into town yesterday. I photo bombed her timed photo. Lol. I send her back to the airport tomorrow. Please don’t quote, I will remove our picture in a few hours.

We left for the whole week and had an _AWESOME_ Thanksgiving with our best friends up in Savannah. Stayed in a beautiful house within a 20-minute walk to the river, had some fantastic food, excessive drinks :D, saw a few ghosts, watched some great Thanksgiving classics (had a whole "pajamas only" day, took the ATV!).
