Haptic Notifications with Yesterday's Update

Is anyone else having weird issues with haptic notifications? After updating yesterday, I stopped them. After a couple of hard resets, it seems to now be working with some notifications (messages, news) but not others like Instagram.

Any ideas?

Yep everything is on. Same settings I had before the update.
