Hard Disk Icon on desktop

You could make it VERY small though... 😉

Finder Preferences > General

under where it says "Show these items on the Desktop", uncheck Hard Disks and you should be set.

You must be really neat. lol

I have icons all over the right side. It gets so bad that I have to do a weekly clean up. lol

😱 Wow, I never knew that finder had it's own preferences! You'd think they should be accessable from the system preferences. Learn something every day! 😎
