My hard drive crashed. No official backup. I have originals, so now big deal, but what is the best non-jailbroken, free/cheap way to bring all my music/videos to my MacBook Pro?

Never mind.
Nice software, not! I set iTunes to transfer purchases and it erases all my music. I have everything on different CDs, its just an inconvenience, that's all. I need to keep my backups more current...
