Hard Drive Inaccurate.

Hello, I have a problem with my Macbook (2010) its hard drive is extremely off. Its showing i have a capacity of 249 gb used amount of about 58 and and an available amount of about 110 gb. This is clearly wrong help please!!! screenshot below.

I've tried verifying and repairing neither did anything.

How much free and used capacity does Finder show when opening the GET INFO window of Macintosh HD?

My trash is empty and i restarted it last night while the trash was empty.
