Hard drive syncing

I'm thinking about getting an external Harddrive to back up the contents of my internal powerbook drive to.
I was wondering if anyone knows of an app that will automatically sync your external HD with your internal HD at a set time each day. Or at least something that'll save me the effort of having to do it. Ideally it would only update the files that had actually been modified since the last sync.

Any ideas?

Try Silver Keeper I used it for a while. Does a simple job.

Thanks for the link. That looks like what I need.

I was also thinking that automator could probably do it. I'll have to mess around with it a bit some time!
