Hard drive upgrade for 2011 MBP

I've found that the Hitachi drive my 2011 came with is too loud and I'd like to replace it with something quieter. Any suggestions?

$200 has you in the Vertex 2 (SATA 2) 120gb range. Still a huge improvement, but not really using the 2011's capabilities to the fullest. Doesn't have you being the first kid on the block though with SATA 3, which may be a blessing given it's probably going to have teething pains.

I have the Hitachi 500GB 5400RPM. I tried out the MBP 15 in the Apple store while it was slow in the store. It was a Seagate and was very quiet.

I'm used to being in very quiet environments when I do my work. My previous MBP was a 2010 13" with a Seagate and I never heard it.
