Hard iPhone 4 power button?

My iPhone 4's power button is much harder than what it should be. I have gotten used to it but i recently went to the Apple store and played with a few other iPhones. The button presses down smoothly! Can I get it serviced or what? I have Apple care 'til June 2012.

oh yes sir. In fact, you can get a brand new one instantly if you just bring it into the apple retail store!!

I did it because my home button was sporadically unresponsive. my phone had a crack on it, and i didn't have att service!
