Hardest Puzzle Ever!

Yeah, I am stuck on 34 as well. I think I have parts of it figured out but I could be all wrong

this is what I have:
the pic is sanborn's 'antipodes' sculture, a variant of 'kryptos', with the same code (but the letters are in slightly diff position)
i tried to use the numbers as coordinates (RowxColumn) in the english bit shown in the picture (=wails) in the kryptos endya section (ColumnxRow, =arsuf) in the antipodes endya section (=adlsr) and in the kryptos alphabet section (=efime) and other combinations, without success.
i don't think the cyrillic matters, and I don't think beowulf is important (it's grendel's talon)

Some hints for level 34:
Beowulf is not relevant, but the title is.
Everything you need is in the puzzle, you will not need to use Google at all.
The puzzle is in 3 parts, but you won't know you're on the right track until you finish the whole puzzle.
Don't Panic has (unknowingly) solved the first part.
The second part is not completely logical, you will have to think outside the box.
Once you solve the second part, the third should be obvious.
