Hi all,

I receveid as a gift a leather case from Hardgraft.
I was really disappointed when I opened the box.

The case already had many scurfs and marks...
I can't accept it when it's a pricey case
I contacted the support and I'm waiting for the answer.

Anyone else already bought a case from Hardgraft ?

Here is their answer :
« This is normal for our veg-tan leather - there will always be marks, scurfs, and grain as the leather is natural. »

what do you think ?
i can accept the grain on the leather.
But it is normal to have deep scratches on a brand new case ?

i do really like hardgraft products but i have always received pristine items from them. from their response it sounds like exchanging is going to be difficult. i also think their return policy is strict. with that said, i personally dig that worn look. report back what you end up doing.
