I am not too familiar with the boot process of a mac, but seeing other SSD users post about 12-17 second boot times makes me wonder if my MacbookPro should be getting up to the spinning gear in less than the 16 seconds it currently takes. From there everything is pretty snappy, so this isn't a huge issue, but any ideas to fix it would be helpful.
 
Unless you constantly shut down your MacBook Pro, which is highly unlikely, the sleep/wake time is what you should be really worried about.

sleep/wake time is less than 1 second :D ... I only shutdown for bootcamp and updates, but it would still be nice to fix, or at least understand the issue
