Hardware driver un-install

I just removed a pci-e card from my MacPro that I don't need anymore, is there a way to remove the drivers from OSX the same way it's done through Windows?

Did the card come with a driver?
If it did, then did it come with an uninstaller?

Came with a CD disk with drivers but no un-installer, went to the website and downloaded the latest drivers and it didn't have an un-installer either.
