Hi guys. I bought a macbook pro 15 inch about 3 months ago and i didnt buy apple care because... well.. i dont know why i didnt :/


anyway i got really mad doing work and i smacked the computer where the harddrive is and i think i broke it. the computer starts and shows the apple logo (without the loading thing) and it stays like that for a minute and shows the terminal full screened with the "You need to restart your computer...." message

and above that it says this;

Yep, Sounds like your hard drive is shot. If you're gonna abuse your computers, you should get a SSD.

I guess it depends on whether or not they can tell you slam your fist on the harddrive. :)

I would recommend he doesn't mention any of that to Apple.

And please don't take your anger out on your expensive electronics.

Dude, in my city if you start a hassle or show light dissappointment in the apple store, the genius bar ppl simply ask you to be quiet and give you a brand new replacement
