Hardware problem with display

I have a mc721 macbook pro and my problem is :

where the original monitor color (print screen) is :


when I changed my display color to :

I got a better situation .

this problem myB is about white and black color pixels .
So what to do ?! Im really confused !

Looks like a video adapter failing. I'd get that checked out.
