Hardware Test CD for iMac DV SE

I've lost the Hardware Test CD for my Graphite iMac DV SE. Does anyone know where I can get a new one?

iMac DV? Hmm. Well, my iMac is a Graphite, which was the top end of the DV line..

Maybe I could send you an image of the Hardware test for you to burn? (Am I allowed to do that here?)
