Hey all, quick question:

Is there a way to run the hardware test w/out the cd? I ask because, I don't have a cd, and would like to run it. Thanks
 
You can use disk utility to diagnose software or to repair permissions, but you need an external CD to check hardware. Apple may be able to provide replacement CDs. Otherwise Tech Tools Pro tests some hardware like RAM, monitor and hard drives.
