harsh noise on macbook's internal microphone when moving the hinge

Greetings MR,

as of late I'd been getting complaints from the people I talk to on Skype/Viber etc. using the internal microphone, namely them hearing very harsh noises whenever I move or adjust the hinge of the screen back/forth.

I thought I'd try a recording using Quicktime and it indeed picked up these peek harsh noises.
Which is weird since I never dropped my macbook or anything.

My model is the last black Macbook 4.1 (I know, it's old!)

I'd appreciate it if anyone has a similar story to share, hopefully a solution as well.
