Many pre-owned Apple products are still avalible to purchase online(here is the link:http://store.apple.com/us/browse/home/specialdeals/mac/macbook_air)

Since the price is surprisingly low, buying a macbook air would be so cheap, I could not resist my temptation to buy a macbook air (1.86GHZ,128GB SSD) at such an amazing price(1449 dollars). The problem is , I want a free itouch at the same time , but I could not find a direct link ensuring such a rebate promise. So if I buy a refurbished product and an itouch at the same time, can I
    get rebate (229 dollars)???

    Thank you !

I'm pretty sure that rebate only applies to new Macs.

There a tons on threads here on refurbs. These are not pre-owned. The items were returned or defective and repaired. Refurbs are NOT eligible for the free iPod promotion.

But the money you'll save on a refurb will help pay the cost of an iPod anyway.
