I got my order to go through on ATT just fine... Apple crapped out repeatedly. Thread title doesn't say anything about apple store only...

What do you mean by holds? they charged your account the price of the phone twice?

Well, I got one reserved at the Apple store, I guess that's better than losing my temper and trying to get one delivered. I can always get there at 4AM again and hope I'm the third person in line again. 😡

I got one on reserve from Apple to pick up for 599 which never got my data. So went to AT&T ordered there got through the whole process and being shipped at the normal price 199 plus 18 dollars. Going to cancel the reservation to pick up. apple site really was a bitch to get through. I gave up and went to At&T in the end

I gave up with Apple & ordered for delivery from AT&T....... No problems on their premier site, except it took awhile to figure out I had to rechoose my options for phone & data & text messenging (I made sure to keep unlimited data, even though I'm never used a whole GB)
