Has anybody sucessfully repaired an Ipad with the 4014 error code?

Have a 4th generation iPad that encountered the dreaded 4014 error code. Did all the tricks, etc I could find on line with no luck. Have not touched the thing in over a year and am now looking to give it another shot. Has anybody had any luck at all repairing an iPad with the 4014 error code?? Any recommendations of any repair places that can fix this issue?

Not much you can do if you follow the above steps and it still doesn't work.

Yeah, I have tried everything suggest on line. I am going to drop it off at a local repair place and let them give it a shot.
