I had an iPhone 6s Plus Rose Gold 128 gb literally for 3 days until someone robbed me. Of course Verizon directs me to submit a claim through Asurion. I submitted my claim and now playing the waiting game because the insurance company has none in stock and absolutely has no clue when they are receiving the phones. To me this is so crazy. I have never walked up to a car lot and had them tell me they don't know when they are receiving more cars. Even Verizon gives you an estimate when you order an iPhone. It's maddening that I can't get a new phone from Verizon. On their site it currently says that my model iPhone can be shipped as soon as tomorrow. smh But Asurion has no timeline. I understand it's a new phone but the communication has to be better for a company like this in my opinion. I was curious has anyone else gone through this backorder situation with Asurion before? If so, about how many days was it until you got your replacement?
